PHILOSOPHY
Let's face it, selling your property can be quite stressful and you certainly don't need to be overwhelmed with aggravation that can be associated with the selling process. This is one of the reasons you seek the help of a real estate professional.

Among the most common complaints are;
 1) Even after contracting an agent they feel they end up doing most of the work themselves.
 2) Lack of communication between the agent and customer.
 3) The agent doesn't return phone calls.
 4) Not checking to see if the potential buyer is pre-qualified before the appointment is made.

As a  Sales Professional, I strive to make myself accessible to all of my customers on a consistent basis, return calls in a timely manner and return email inquiries quickly.
